Skate Rail... Need help!

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a new skate rail, I really dont know what and were to get it...
Should I build it myself?
Im pretty new at this... I don't have a biiig budget, so I really just wanted it to know if there were any good skate rails for 120bucks max?
I found a couple of website but I really dont know if theyre safe... I dont really want to break my neck if you know what I mean..
